Dr Malcolm Anastasius

Dr Malcolm Anastasius graduated from the University of New South Wales Medical School, Sydney, Australia with Honours. He completed his cardiology specialist training at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, University of Sydney, Australia. He then attained a Masters of Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) and a PhD (Medicine) in the field of high density lipoprotein metabolism and atherosclerosis at the University of Sydney, funded by a University Scholarship.

Dr. Anastasius has completed certification examinations in echocardiography (United States National Board of Echocardiography), cardiac CT (Certification Board of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography) and cardiac MRI (European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging), and has co-authored over 60 peer reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. Dr. Anastasius is currently a Staff Specialist at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
